Refund and Returns Policy
If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 calendar days of the date you received it, provided that the following apply:
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unused in its original condition and its packaging has not been opened.
- The product must be accompanied by all the documents with which it was sent (receipt or invoice).
- For hygienic purposes, no returns/ refunds will be accepted for cosmetics, infant products and personal hygiene items.
- No returns/ refunds will be accepted for products purchased from promotional events, contests, etc.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / WRONG ORDERS
In the event of any defect, i.e. the product is defective or has been damaged during shipment, it is replaced only if we are informed promptly within 2 days of its receipt. Beyond this time, replacement is not possible. In this case, the defective product is replaced with a new one and you will not be charged any additional charges.
In case of our error (wrong order dispatched), the wrong product is replaced with a new one of your choice and you are not charged with any extra amount. Alternatively, you can send us back the wrong order and we refund the money corresponding to the order value and shipping costs.
Your money will be refunded as follows:
- On your debit / credit card, if payment was made by card, and within 5-6 business days from the day the product is returned to us.
- In a bank account of your choice, if the payment of the order was made by cash on delivery or by bank deposit, and within 5-6 working days from the day the product is returned to us.
• If the return does not take place within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt or if some of the return conditions are not met, the company has the right not to accept the products back, nor to replace them or return any money.
• The products you wish to return can only be shipped to us through our partner courier company (F.I.S. Courier).
