Apply a moisturizing oil, serum or cream to your face rolling upwards, starting from the center of the area and moving to the outer side.
Forehead: use the large side of the roller moving upwards with medium pressure. Repeat 6 times for the right side of the forehead and then 6 more for the left side.
Eyes: use the small side of the roller moving upwards with low pressure. Repeat 10 times for the right side and then 10 more for the left side.
Jawline: use the large side of the roller moving upwards to the ears with medium pressure. Repeat 5 times for each side.
